When will my items be shipped?
We ask for 1–2 weeks to prepare and ship your order. We do our best to ship as quickly as possible — we’re just as excited as you are to get your items on their way!
Shipping timeframes are based on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Where are my items shipped from?
All orders are shipped from South Carolina.
How are items shipped?
We ship via USPS and do deliver to P.O. Boxes. Be sure to enter the correct shipping address at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order is submitted, we’re unable to make any changes or cancellations. Please double-check your items, shipping info, and payment details before finalizing your order.
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat rate of $4.
What if my package is returned as undeliverable?
If your package is returned by USPS as undeliverable:
- Orders returned within 25 days will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Orders returned after 25 days will be refunded as store credit.
Why isn't my order going through?
Here are a few common issues:
- An item in your cart may be sold out — remove it and try again.
- An AVS error may occur if your billing info doesn’t match what your bank has on file.
- Be sure to use an updated browser like Google Chrome when placing your order.
Can I return my order?
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Email staartailorsalterations@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return, and we’ll help with next steps.
What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
We’re here to help! If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 14 days of receiving your order.

- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
