What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and returned in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?

After approval, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Are there any items I cannot return?
Yes, the following items are non-returnable:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards

How do exchanges work?
To exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
What is the EU 14-day cooling off period?
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. The item must be in original condition, unworn, with tags and packaging intact, plus proof of purchase.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
